Rathod & Sons is a family construction and development company. What began in Mumbai is now building homes and workplaces across Pimple Gurav, Pune.

Our story

From Mumbai to Pune, one generation at a time

  1. First generation

    Mumbai

    The Rathod family's construction business began in Mumbai, where the first generation founded the company.

  2. Second generation

    Pune

    The second generation brought the company to Pune and built its name in contracting and construction. Its work includes five to six government projects, among them the All India Radio quarters, the Film Institute in Pune and the Pune Post Office. From 2004 the company also developed its own residential and mixed-use buildings across Pimple Nilakh, Pimple Saudagar and Pimple Gurav.

  3. Third generation

    Today

    The third generation is taking the company forward, bringing modern design, planning and presentation to every new project while keeping the standards the family is known for.
